Our History: Established in 2017 as a wedding venue, Historic Venue 1902 is a historic schoolhouse in Sanford, FL. Located just north of Orlando. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. What is now Central Florida’s premier wedding venue, was once the Sanford Grammar School.
Our venue was restored to perfection. With many venues in the Orlando market, we saw a need for a timeless, unique wedding venue option. We knew we had to have the perfect outdoor ceremony location, all white walls, and incredible private suites for couples to get ready pre-ceremony.

Historic Venue 1902 has quickly become one of the top wedding reception venues and wedding ceremony locations in the Central Florida area. Winning Orlando Magazine's Best of Wedding Award for Seminole County Venue, Historic Venue and Top award for Best Venue in Orlando.
